Tropic Isle is a residential neighborhood that is located on the western shore of the Intracoastal waterway just south of Linton Boulevard. This neighborhood is comprised of single family estate homes with private docks, townhouses, and condominiums. There are two stand out water front condominium complex’s Tropic Bay and Tropic Harbor that offer dock space. While these condos are designated housing for older persons, they are very vibrant!
Also, on the most southern end of Tropic Isle is a private waterfront gated community called Pelican Harbor. This neighborhood is comprised of Single family homes, condos and townhouse residences. Some of these residences are direct waterfront. Dock space is available for a boat. There is too a private club that residents can choose to belong to adding to luxury of this neighborhood.
South Delray and Tropic Isle are currently going through a renaissance and many buyers are now focusing in on this part of Delray Beach. Linton and Federal highway will be the new destination for Delray Beach residents. The intersections of Linton Boulevard and Federal Highway will be home to two new luxury supermarkets (The Fresh Market and Trader Joe’s) and highly acclaimed gym (LA Fitness).
This isn’t the only construction that’s going on though,Tropic Cay is a brand new townhouse development that will break ground off of Florida Boulevard. This neighborhood will be 13 luxury townhouses featuring; 2 car garages, high end finishes and a perfect location. Occupancy on these units is expected in late spring 2014
